After carrying out the successful design for the couple’s first house, Chloe Lewis was asked back after the purchase of a new property. 

The property required total refurbishment. Lewis McMillan Architects designed a loft conversion and wrap around side and rear extension to add 2 bedrooms, an office and family bathroom to the first floor and a large kitchen/dining room and utility room to the ground floor.

The loft conversion was carried out under permitted development. Planning permission was gained for the ground floor wrap around side and rear extension.
