Palmeira Square, Hove

Lewis McMillan Architects carried out the detailed design for the conversion of two flats into one dwelling located on the top two floors of a Grade 2 listed Regency building within the Brunswick Conservation Area. The layout was transformed to create living accommodation on the 3rd floor and bedrooms on the 4th floor. Lewis McMillan produced detailed drawings for bespoke joinery items including a dressing room and study bookshelves and cupboards.
